Accessible Information Standard
Making our information accessible
The Accessible Information Standard has been approved by NHS England and is now a requirement in England for all providers of NHS care or publicly funded adult social care.
The aim of the standard, is to make sure that people who have a disability, impairment or sensory loss get information that they can access and understand, and any communication support that they need.
If you have any difficulty in accessing this website, or would like any text or documents on this website in another language, large print, EasyRead, Braille or audio for you or someone you know, or if you have any extra communications needs when using any of our services, please contact our PALs team.
